Ashley Wear has been coaching softball at New Prague High School since 2021, bringing decades of playing experience to the field. She is a certified Crossfit trainer who emphasizes the importance of mental and physical strength in player development. Her coaching philosophy centers on empowering competitive athletes to achieve both personal and team excellence, fostering a culture of dedication, resilience, and integrity, and developing confident individuals in all areas of their life. She lives in Elko New Market, with her husband and two bulldogs and works as non-profit event director for a Minnesota disability association.
